She identified the disruption of the recruitment industry and has brought numerous new vendors and technologies to Hawaii's human resources community. For 25 years, she has helped thousands of employees find meaningful work, and hundreds of employers find quality candidates quickly and efficiently.

Jessica is a seasoned start-up executive, operations leader, and executive coach. She has led hiring for senior executive roles as well as high-volume hiring for small businesses to public companies, and understands first-hand the challenges of finding top talent. She also is a professionally trained career coach, with expertise in helping candidates prepare and position themselves for career transitions. Jessica holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a degree in Labor & Behavioral Economics from Macalester College.
